- Unless otherwise stated in the respective product listing, delivery within Germany takes 1–3 days, and for international deliveries 3–10 days after conclusion of the contract (or after the time of your payment instruction in case of advance payment).
- Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time ordered.
- For self-collection, you will be informed by email when the goods are ready for pickup and about the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
